He was the youngest of 5 children in his family. Randy went to St. Pat’s grade school. He also attended Bergen High School which he graduated from in 1980. In the early 1990’s he began his own construction business, “Wallingford Poured Walls”.
He is survived by his wife, Karen, their daughter Sarah, brothers Jeff and Steve (Barb) Wallingford of Lincoln, and his sister, Karla Wallingford of Fremont.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary, his parents Carl and Luella, and his father-in-law, Marvin Buss.
Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Roper and Sons Waverly Chapel, 10851 N. 148th, St., Waverly, NE, 68462.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for his daughter Sarah’s educational fund.
