Bradley S. Fischer

June 22, 1961 - May 3, 2026

Bradley Scott Fischer was born June 22, 1961, in Lincoln, Nebraska and died May 3, 2026 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Brad grew up in Lincoln and graduated from Northeast High School in 1981. He played in the Rockets marching band and played football.

Brad loved spending time at the cabin at Lake Leba in Fremont He enjoyed fishing and was a fan of Nebraska football and Kansas City Chiefs football He enjoyed family trips to Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado, Glacier National Park in Montana, Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, and Teton National park in Wyoming Brad belonged to the First United Methodist Church and was active in the youth programs.

Brad is survived by his mother Gail, Aunt Jean and Uncle Ron Altgilbers, Uncle Randy and Aunt Judy Fischer, Aunt Beth and Uncle Joe Filko. Niece and nephews: Joy, Todd, Aaron, Great Nephews and Niece: Nash, Lyrik, Paizley Cousins: Shelly and Kevin Rokke and family, Eric Altgilbers, Leigh Fischer (Darren Noble) and family, Brent and Lynn Fischer and family, Jessica Dolan, Cathy (Kevin Reisinger) and family, Jennifer (Clint) Walter and family.

Brad was preceded in death by his father, Larry Fischer, Brother Russell Fischer, Grandparents Lawrence & Opal (Wilson) Fischer and Charles and Edith (Beeman) Nickeson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, May 12, 2026, Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 O Street. Lunch will be served immediately after the service.

No visitation/cremation

Memorials to the donor’s choice or to the family for future designation.
