Kathryn was a stay-at-home mother raising her five children. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.
Family members include her son Matt (Roxey) Martin; daughters Jennifer Fountain, Candi (Dale) Hottovy, Holly Martin, Stefanie (Alex) Rosecrans; grandchildren Rhiannon and Teague Martin, Garrett and Emily Fountain, Elizabeth Jisa, Josie, Elise and Jesse Benes, Wyatt Warner, and Dakota Rosecrans; brothers Dick (Deb) Martin, Tim (Colleen) Martin, and Chris (Mary) Martin; mother-in-law Helen Martin; sister-in-law Cheri Johnson and brother-in-law Doug (Joan) Martin. Preceded in death by her parents, husband James, father-in-law Harry Martin, brothers Dennis and Dan Martin, brother-in-law Rod Johnson, nephews Eddie and Scott Martin.
Funeral service: 10:00 am Friday, April 4, 2025, Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ St. with Fr. Troy Schweiger, officiating. Graveside service will be in the Rosehill Cemetery, Waverly, NE. A luncheon will follow the graveside at Roper and Sons Waverly Chapel, 10851 N. 148th St.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 4-7 pm at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel.
