Jaci was kind and beautiful, inside and out. She was an entrepreneur and took pride in building something in a world that didn’t always make room for women in business. She loved riding motorcycles, feeling the open road, and she was happiest near the beach and the ocean.
Music was always part of her life with Neil Diamond and Bob Seger always on the playlist. Her King Charles Cavalier, Penny, was her faithful companion and brought her endless joy.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Ashmore; her daughter, Jennifer Byars; and her son, Matt Ashmore. She was preceded in death by her son, Sidney Ashmore, and her parents.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Sunday, October 4, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at DelRay 817 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
