Kennedi Beach

May 2, 2006 - December 23, 2022

Kennedi Beach, beloved daughter of Ryan and Tasha Danekas, and Big Sister to Breckin Danekas of Bennet, NE passed away on December 23, 2022.

Kennedi was born May 2, 2006 in Seward, NE. Kennedi was a lover of all animals, a friend to many, bubbly, dorky at times, and ornery, but loved by all she met.  She was willing to help and care for many before ever putting herself first.  Always willing to lend a hand when asked and was looked up to by many of her friends and cousins. She was a student at Bryan Community School, Kennedi brought joy to everyone she met during her time in life.

Kennedi is survived by her parents, her sister Breckin; her grandparents Brian Bartels, Wayne Danekas, and Donna Danekas; aunts and uncles Sarah (John) Dickey, Tracy (Brian) Luly, Tiffany (Teddy) Wettlaufer, Brandon (Whitney) Bartels, and Tina (Nate) Bogus; and numerous cousins. Preceded in death by grandmother Tonya Bartels.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 7th, 2023 from 2:00-5:00 PM at Prairie Creek Inn’s, Golden Sunset Barn, 2400 South 148th Street, Walton, NE 68461.

Memorials to the family for future designation.

I will always remember Kennedi for her beautiful and contagious smile. Watching her grow from daycare into a young lady was such a blessing, as she always held such a bright light around her. She was hard headed and stubborn but in the most gentle way. She was so sweet and spunky, and I will truly, forever miss her. Praying so hard for Tasha, Ryan and Breckin during this time, and forever. I am so sorry for your loss. Love to you, all.

Kennedi was always the first person you’d see smiling. She spread her contagious resilience and positive energy with everyone. Me and her got along so well because we both put other people first it was nice to have someone checking up either me checking or her or vise versa . She made many friends , and was a friend to many. Forever and always will hold her sweet soul, contagious smile, loving energy, and selfless behaviors in my heart. She was raised to be a strong, big hearted , respectful, responsible, and amazing woman . Rest easy hunny, love and prayers towards her family .

My only memory that I have with Kennedi is my sisters wedding but we would always message each other after I randomly found her on Facebook. She was truly the best cousin on my fathers side and no one will be able to top that

I remember her working on a water color painting in the art room at school, and it was as if she lit up the room. Her energy was just beyond compare. She was a truly beautiful, vibrant person. We will all miss her so, so much. Sending my thoughts and love to all of you.

Kennedi was a student in my classroom for a few years and ALWAYS gave so much love to the animals in the room – Cosmo or Bolt. She was always helpful to others as well as anything I asked her to help with. Kennedi will be greatly missed at Bryan.
