I had the privilege to chat with her at a First Plymouth program. We visited that I knew her daughter, Linda in Sunday School. She was a blessing to all those who knew her. Thoughts and prayers go out to the family. May your memories comfort you at this time.

I started my career in the City Attorney’s Office at a front desk with Carol. She was a role model of professional decorum. I observed her behavior & learned how to use tact & diplomacy & was able to advance in city government.
