Helen ‘Lucille’ Hardnock, 97, passed away March 27, 2021. Born May 26, 1923 in Eagle, Nebraska to George and Helen Marie (Spahnle) Mayer. Lucille was married to Forrest Hardnock for 59 years. She spent her years as a homemaker on the farm in the Alvo area .
Lucille is a graduate of Eagle High School 1941, past member of Waverly V.F.W Auxiliary and a past member of Y.M.C.A Young At Heart
Survived by her son, Jerry (Marla) Hardnock, of Alvo, NE; daughter, Pat (Mike) Dietze of Waverly, NE; grandchildren Angie Priefert, Jasen Hardnock, and Roxane Micek; great-grandchildren, Logan Hardnock, Brooke Micek, and Owen Micek. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Forrest; brothers, Melvin Mayer and Merle Mayer; grandson, Jeremy.
A graveside service will be held Monday, April 5, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Brethren Cemetery in Alvo, Nebraska.
