Donna Jean White

Donna Jean White, 84, Lincoln passed away November 30, 2018. She was born October 15, 1934 in Widen, WV to Dayton and Hattie (Bragg) Wilmoth. Donna retired after 25 years as secretary for the USDA in Lincoln.

Donna and her twin sister were baptized on January 15, 1950 at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Elana, WV where she still holds a membership. She graduated from Roane County High School in Spencer, WV in 1952.

Family members include her husband R. Gene White; daughter Janice (James) Richert, Fremont; son Keith White, Valparaiso; grandchildren Joshua Richert (Ashlee Folsom) Omaha and Jessica (James) Horne, Denison, TX; great-granddaughter Johanna Horne, Denison, TX; twin sister Dixie Harold; sister Ruth Harold and brother-in-law Ralph White; numerous nieces, nephews and families. Preceded in death by parents; parents-in-law Curt and Mae White; brothers-in-law Paul Harold Sr. and Johnny Harold; sisters-in-law Marie, Geneva and Lois White.

Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday (12-5-18) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street with Pastor Clint A. Poppe officiating, Burial in Omaha National Cemetery.
