LouAnn Taft, 64, Lincoln, died May 2, 2018. She was born July 7, 1953 in Lincoln, NE to Edward and Geraldine (Coster) Black. She worked as archivist/secretary to former Secretary of State, Allen Beermann and later for Pfizer in research and quality assurance.
She is survived by her husband, Timothy Taft; sons, Wade (Shirley) Taft, Casey (Rene) Taft; grandchildren, Audrey, Braylon and Zoey; brother, Bob Black; sister, Ann Berlin. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Ray Black.
Funeral service will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Roper & Sons Chapel, 4300 “O” St., Lincoln, NE. Visitation will be 2:00 – 8:00 pm, Tuesday at the funeral home.
