He enlisted in the service and served 35 years in civilian service with the US Air Force. Tom enjoyed watching his grandchildren’s sporting events, and was usually the first one in the bleachers! He also enjoyed bowling and camping when he lived in Cleveland and Arizona, and many family parties with brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, his bother Richard and sisters Carol and Mary Ellen. He is survived by Vicky, his wife of 61 years; children Vic (Joanne) Murray of Waverly, Kathleen (Matt) Grinsell of Salt Lake City UT, grandchildren Rachel, Jon, Alex and Cole Murray, Quinn & Peter Grinsell, and brother Robert, along with many nieces and nephews.
