Heidi and I worked together for seven years. She taught me so much, professionally and personally. Heidi was so patient with me and would adapt her explanations to suit my learning style. If I needed a sympathetic ear, she would give it and offer solutions or stories from her own experiences that made me feel not so alone in my struggle. The amount of information stored in her brain was astounding! I admired Heidi’s perseverance through many challenges, not the least of which was coming up through payroll/benefits in a time when women were not as welcome in the workforce. Anyone who knew Heidi, knew she was made of tough stuff!! Heidi’s boys were the topic of conversation on more than one occasion, (sorry guys!) and it was very clear that she loved them deeply. We were all lucky to have her in our lives and be recipients of her caring nature. My sympathy to Heidi’s family and friends.

I have worked with Heidi for many years at FNBO and ACI. She had a heart of gold and was very dedicated to helping others, her team and doing the right thing. She loved sharing stories about her boys and her family. She was so sweet to make us holiday ornaments at Christmas time – those will be extra precious to me now. I also remember the yummy grape jelly she made and treats she brought to work. Most of all, I will remember her calming deep voice and laugh. Her life was cut too short too fast, and it breaks my heart. My deepest sympathy to your family.
