Thank you to everyone who has shared Sarah’s memories over the past year. We buried Sarah in our hearts where she will always be. Her children live on, and she would want the best for them.

Sarah was my best friend in high school and throughout college. We drifted apart over the years, but I don’t know if I would’ve made it through without her. We went to our first big concert together. I remember it was Green Day and we listened to that CD in her white mustang literally every day! We spent so many hours talk, laughing and watching friends and Buffy together. I’ll always love you friend.

Sarah was one of my dearest friends in undergrad. I have so many cherished memories of all of us doing the silliest things together – just being kids and having a blast during a formative time in our lives. I feel so lucky to have known her. She was truly a special person. She brought so many people together and touched so many lives. Goodbye, my friend. We’ll hold the memories dear and love you forever. May we meet again around the bend. With love, Alyssa

Sarah was truly a wonderful person who had a lot of life and a lot of love to give. Her son James loved playing with my son and she knew she could always talk to my mom. She will be truly missed. We love and miss you always

My elementary school best friend. We made up a (now embarrassing lol) best friends password and dance that I’ve somehow never forgotten: “best friend, twin sister, high five low toe, let’s go, sisters forever, always together.” And the song “we’re Sarah and Brenda, the best pair ever. We never slether. (yes we knew that wasn’t a word but thought is sounded good 😂) Boo Boo Boo Do Do Do Do Do” 🎵 Your friendship shaped my childhood and I’m so thankful for all the wonderful memories I have with you. You’ll forever be loved and missed, Sarah.

Sarah was truly the only person I knew that was universally liked by everyone. She always had a glow to her that would make the day ten times better. Her always positive attitude and wicked sense of humor made her a favorite to everybody she worked with. She was a great employee but an even better friend and mother to her children. She will be missed by her T-Mobile family.

Sarah had a way with words and was always so influential in College and when we reconnected 8-10 yrs after college. She had fun ideas and orchestrated collaborations and was great about including me in thoughtful moments. We went to La Cueva together too, though we werent super close in high school, having her on my dorm floor a few doors down made up for lost time as we would spend so much time in her room with fellow college friends eating food and watching movies and tv and gathering in a circle outside the Alvarado Dorms on the grass. We got a big circle of friends around 15-20 at times. I have many fond memories of talking about life and things we wanted to do in life. She was an inclusive, caring and funny friend that will be so very missed.

I worked with Sarah at Dion’s, she was so friendly and never made you feel alone. We stayed friends on Facebook and she’d always liked the pictures of my daughter. I am truly heartbroken for her and her family.

I was amazed by how much she did for my daughter’s baby shower. She was such a good friend to everyone. So loving, caring, and giving. To her family and her babies, my deepest sympathies. She loved you all so much. I’m so sorry.

I met Sarah when we worked at Dion’s together. On one of the most emotionally taxing nights for me at work, Sarah was a friend who helped me more than she knew. Thank you for being a light at the end of the tunnel!
