Richard J. “Archie” Paulick, 80, of Lincoln, passed away on January 8, 2016. Born August 3, 1935 in Oshkosh, WI to Joseph Paulick and Florence (Siefeldt) Paulick. After serving 10 yrs. in the U.S. Air Force received an honorable discharge on December 31, 1963 and joined the Lincoln Fire Dept. on January 1, 1964. He enjoyed spending time with his canine companions and feeding feral cats at the old fairgrounds for 15 yrs. not missing a day.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Olga; son, Darren of Fond du Lac, WI; daughter, Diane Brodd; grandchildren, Joseph Paulick, and Kaylee Brodd all of Lincoln; sister, Margie Schmiedel; brothers, David, Tommy and Mike all of Oshkosh, WI, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Nancy and Carol; half-brother Jimmy; and his best friend Charlie Martin.
In honor of Richards’ final wishes he is to be inurned with no formal service.
Memorials directed to the family to be appropriated to future animal philanthropic purposes.
