Share a Memory or Condolence

I sponsored Mike when he joined our support team at Offut AFB. His outgoing personality and work ethic were only outweighed by his very sharp mind. He applied all this to a very full life, and I’m very proud to have known him.

Mike is a cousin, we grew up less than a mile apart in Delmere until he moved to Lamar with his family, growing up that close we shared birthday parties, holidays and ect together for many years. We reconnected at an Aunts memorial service and had a great visit catching up on the changing times, this last summer he and his brother had come up and stopped in the town I live and had a meal at a local restaurant before he went up to North Dakota and visited other family members and friends. It was a good time and nice to share memories. I never heard Mike say a negative things about anyone, he always looked at the positive side of any situation. I along with many people will miss his humor. May he RIP, life is to short. My condolences to Marcia, Megan. his Mom, brothers and sister and his many friends.

I’m a coworker of Mike’s at Travelers. I’ve worked with him for 7 years now in our Omaha DC. Mike and I would back each other up covering shift differences when either one of us is out. I’ve worked with Mike on several projects. I will miss Mike and his jovial personality, his IT stories from years of experience, plus the colorful conversations. His awesome work ethics are unmatched. Every year he brings corn/veggies, so I may take some home for my kids. I always look forward to his annual Christmas chocolate he’d bring for the team as well. I send my deepest condolences to his family and friends. In hope you’ll find peace, comfort and lots of wonderful memories of Mike. Mike, you’ll greatly be missed. My wife always remembers you as my mayor friend/coworker from Waverly.
