Kathy worked in Omaha as a dental hygienist for 35 years. She was a member of Ceresco Covenant Church.
Kathy enjoyed meeting with friends for visiting and lunch. She also enjoyed Nebraska Women’s Basketball.
She is survived by her brothers, Alan (Connie) Hansen and Kent (Teresa) Hansen, all of Ceresco, NE; nieces, Melissa (Kevin) Stokes, Amanda (Kent) Simpson, Kirsten (Lance) Peters and Rylee Hansen.
Preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral Services will be held 10:30 am Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Metcalf Funeral Home, 245 N. 27th Street, Lincoln, NE.
Family to greet 1 hour prior to the service at Metcalf Funeral Home.
Burial to follow at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery.
