Alice Elizabeth Folkers, 86, Lincoln, passed away July 2, 2017. Born August 13, 1930 in Exeter, NE to Paul and Clara (Noel) Becker. Homemaker and Farm Wife. Married to Kenneth “Rex” Folkers on December 22, 1954 and who predeceased her on February 7, 1985.
Family members include her son, Wayne (Cheryl) Folkers, Vancouver, WA; daughter, Mary (Robert) Poe, Lincoln, NE; grandchildren, Janice, Kelly, Travis, Derek, Kyle, Ashley, Brittany and Justin; great-grandchildren, Brock, Natalie, Drake and Emerson; brother, Paul Becker, Lincoln, NE; sisters, Loyola “Jane” Kaiser, Utica, NE, Lucene “Cenie” Sackschewsky, York NE.
Preceded in death by parents, husband, daughter, Terri, son, Mark, sisters, Theresa Kelch and Bona “Bonnie” Rust, brothers, Arthur and Maximilian Becker.
Funeral Service: 9:00 a.m. Saturday (7-8-17) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street with Rev. Dennis Hanneman officiating. Burial in Fairview Cemetery.
