Cale Lee Hamer

October 10, 1974 - March 12, 2024

Cale Lee Hamer, beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend passed away on March 12, 2024 in Gilbert, Arizona at the age of 49. His unexpected departure has left a profound void in the lives of all who knew him. Born in Neligh, Nebraska on October 10, 1974, Cale brought joy and laughter from the moment he entered this world.

Cale was born in Neligh, Nebraska on October 10, 1974, Cale brought joy and laughter from the moment he entered this world. He graduated from St Paul High School and Nebraska Wesleyan University. His entire career was focused on his software expertise through which colleagues throughout the country became friends. Throughout his life, Cale possessed a sense of adventure and enjoyment. As a dedicated sports fan, he enjoyed traveling to cheer on his favorite teams with his friends and family.

Cale is survived by his loving family, including his parents Gary and Gaylene; sister, Robin (Dan); nephews, Mason, and Matthew; and his fur baby, Payton. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Al & Louise Anthony, and John & Dena Hamer.

Cale will be remembered warmly and deeply missed by all his family and friends.

A celebration of Cale’s life will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Roper & Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Drive, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Memorials may be directed to any animal shelter in Cale’s memory.
