I remember Bill well from our college days. Unfortunately, I have totally lost track of him over the years. A great guy. I extend my sympathy to all of his family. May the peace of God surround you🙏

It was our pleasure to become acquainted with Bill at Legacy Terrace, sharing meals and enjoying his readings of his original writings. Bill had a delightful practice of finishing dinner and then doing a circuit of the dining room tables, greeting fellow residents. We’re saddened that he has departed and will miss him. P.S. we attend the Northeast Lincoln City Council rep’s monthly meetings initiated by Councilwoman Margarethe Ahlschwede many years ago. Her legacy lives on.

I attended several lectures that Bill gave here at Legacy Terrace where I now live. I learned about pigs (sorry, swine), white squirrels, and wood turning. But more than that I learned how a life well lived can be joyful to others. We will all miss you, Bill.
