Twilla Charlene Pohlman, 81, of Lincoln, passed away July 30, 2015. Born March 7, 1934 in Alda, NE to George Royal and Jessie Grace (Bush) Anderson. Married Walter Pohlman in Grand Island, NE on June 22, 1951. Ret. 1991, Clerk for D & D Distributing. Member of Havelock United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, American Legion Auxiliary Post #3, Bethany Lion and Lioness, and Nebraska Lion’s Foundation.
Family members include her husband, Walter A. Pohlman, Sr.; sons, Walter A. (Barbara) Pohlman, Jr., Hiawatha, KS, Michael L. (Val) Pohlman, Brady, NE; daughters, Charlene A. (Larry) Schippert, Lincoln, Cheryl Pohlman, Roxane J. (Terry) Kotschwar, and Linda S. Turek, all of Lincoln, NE; 19 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren;. Preceded in death by parents; daughter, Kathleen A. Kraus; brother, Larry E. Anderson; sister, Ethel M. Vickers.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Tuesday (8-4-15) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ St. with Rev. Amy Seifert officiating. Burial in Westlawn Memorial Park, Grand Island, NE with Rev. Russell Anderson officiating.
