I only knew Bob a short time at Bryan LifePoint, but always enjoyed his company and the many stories he had to tell. He always had a smile and a friendly attitude although he carried on with many physical ailments. Bob would have been a good politician because he obviously cared about other people and what was happening in the community. He is missed.

Bob and I worked many years together at Yellow Freight and always had alot of enjoyment along with Jim Hubbell and others while we there for work. Bob and Jim will be playing alot of golf together in Heaven I think. Bob was a wonderful friend and colleague, always keeping me informed on everything that was happening with the Union and our pensions. Always enjoyed seeing him at Bryan physical when I was going through help after my heart attack. He will surely be missed. God Bless Bob

Bob, Frank Vogt and I went out to Wilderness Ridge countless times over the years. Sometimes we would interrupt our conversation and actually hit a golf ball. Robert was one of a kind – bright, generous, garrulous and warm hearted. He hasn’t passed away, he’s been called up to the Yankees team in the sky where he can trade baseball stories forever with Mickey and Yogi. He was a dear man and I will miss him.
