Marilyn J. (Kolb) Rooney, 77, of Lincoln passed away on June 23, 2018. Born January 19, 1941 to Boyd and Louetta (Seely) Kolb in Cleghorn, IA. Active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and Lincoln Master Gardener program. Most of all, Marilyn loved her family with her whole heart.
Survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Michael Rooney; daughters, Renee (Bryan) Jantz of York, NE; Robin (Matthew) Norcross of Denver, CO; grandson, Striker Detweiler and granddaughter, Harley Detweiler both of Lincoln; brother, Norman Kolb of Cherokee, IA; and her loving dog Cado. Preceded in death by her parents.
Private family memorial services at a later date. Cremation/ no visitation.
