Irene Marie Weeks, 87, Lincoln, died Wednesday (4-1-09). Born (5-13-21) in Emerald, Nebraska, the daughter of Henry and Clara (Lostroh) Borchers. Homemaker. Irene and Neal Weeks were high school sweethearts and were married April 11, 1940.
Family members include son: Rick Weeks and special friend Annette Condon; daughters, sons-in-law: LuAnn and Mark Westphalen, Terri and Mark Krieger; sister, brother-in-law: Marie and Harvey Denning, all of Lincoln; 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Neal, son, Bruce, granddaughter, Kimberly Sue Weeks.
Memorial Service: 10:00 a.m. Saturday (4-4-09) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street. Pastor Wayne Alloway officiating.
