Hazel Marie Klever, 97, Lincoln, entered into eternal life on December 26, 2016. Born on a homestead outside Ekalaka, Montana on January 1, 1919 to Leo and Laura (Robbins) Fisk. Her family moved from there to Wakonda, South Dakota, to Bloomfield, Nebraska and at age 5 to Omaha, Nebraska. She graduated from North High class of 1937 and met her husband to be Charles Klever at a Christian endeavor meeting in 1938 and was married on February 2, 1941. They were married for 53 years. Hazel was a member of Florence Presbyterian Church for 77 years. She was an avid seamstress.
Family members include her sons, Duane (Yolanda) Klever, Denver, CO, Del (Robbie) Klever, Lincoln, NE; daughter, Charlotte Berry, Estes Park, CO. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Charles; brothers, Milton, Dean and Delbert, and sister, Helen.
Graveside services 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Omaha, NE. Meet at main entrance.
