Franklin H. Keech, 77, Lincoln, died Thursday (6-9-11). Born (7-25-33) in Springfield, Illinois to Harold and Myra (Hersch) Keech. Ret. Service Tech, Gas Company. U. S. Air Force Korean Conflict Veteran. Enjoyed restoring old cars, wood carving and riding motorcycles. He was a good father, grandfather and Christian. He was very fond of the Lincoln and Belmont communities and, along with his wife, donated Keech Park.
Family members include wife: Shirley; son: F. Robert Keech and his girlfriend Doylene Christian, Lincoln, son: Don and wife Nancy Keech, Raymond; granddaughter: Megan N. Keech. Preceded in death by parents, sister Elizabeth Nave, brother Bob Keech.
Memorial Service: 3:00 p.m. Monday (6-13-11) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street. Pastor Mike Kidder, officiating. Final resting place will be in the Rosehill Cemetery, Waverly, Nebraska.
