Loma Gayle Sack

Loma Gayle Sack, 60, Lincoln, passed away October 3, 2017. Born April 25, 1957 in Beatrice, NE to Marvin Lester and Charleene May (Brabec) Pollman. She graduated from Barneston High School and Peru State College. Loma retired after 36 years as consultant for Allied Insurance (Nationwide). She was a member of the Lincoln Berean Church, Chix’n Chasers Square Dance Club, Nebraska Square and Round Dance Association, Lincoln Square and Round Dance in which she held many offices. Loma enjoyed camping, gardening, cooking, flowers, listening to Southern Gospel music, playing with the grandkids, watching Nebraska football, volleyball, and attending nieces and nephews sporting events.

Family members include her husband, Bill; sons, Rusty (Amy) Sack, Olathe, KS and Dustin (Kim) Fergen, Overland Park, KS; grandchildren, Maddie and Christian Sack, Olathe, KS, Joanna and Angelica Fergen, Overland Park, KS; mother, Charleene Pollman, Wymore; sister, Laura Pollman. Clay Center, KS; sister-in-law, Carol and husband Ron Schroer, Waverly. Preceded in death by her father, Marvin.

Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m. Monday (10-9-17) Lincoln Berean Church, 6400 South 70th Street.

3:00 p.m. interment in the Kearney Cemetery, Kearney, NE.

Memorials to Barneston American Legion Post #356, Barneston Cemetery Board and Immanuel Lutheran State Line Church.

Visitation with family present from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Roper and Sons, 4300 ‘O’ Street.
