Jeremy John Tomczyk, 33, Denton, died Friday (3-18-11). Born (2-22-78) in Brunswick, Maine to John and Mary (Hunt) Tomczyk. Jeremy was quality assurance supervisor in cereal processing at SECS in Lincoln.
Jeremy was a wonderful and loving daddy, husband and son. He had a major love for many sports, especially fishing and golf. He greatly enjoyed his family and friends and had a great sense of humor. Jeremy lived each day to the fullest, a quality admired by all.
Family members include wife: Jennifer Tomczyk; daughter, Averi Tomczyk, both of Denton; mother, step-father, Mary and Ronald Brumbaugh, brother, Christopher Tomczyk, all of Lincoln; grandfathers, Donald Hunt, Lincoln, Joseph Brumbaugh, Atlantic, Iowa; mother-in-law, Deborah Roth, North Platte, brother-in-law, Jeffrey Roth, sister-in-law, Julia Harvey, both of Denver; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by father, John Tomczyk; step-brother, Patrick Brumbaugh.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. (3-24-11) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street. Father Paul Rutten, officiating.

Visitation: Tuesday and Wednesday, 2-8 p.m. with family greeting friends from 5-8 p.m. both days.
