Janice graduated from Greenwood High School in 1956, where she lettered in volleyball. Throughout her life, she enjoyed reading cooking, music, and most of all, her family.
Janice is survived by her husband of 62 years, Guy (“Randy”) Horn; daughters, Dusty (Kevin) Horn- Larkins and Stacey Oliver; grandsons, Guy (Sara) Horn and Dane Oliver; granddaughter, Regan Oliver; great-grandson, Hunter Horn; great-granddaughters, Eden and Emerie Horn; brothers, Jerry (Penny) Stewart, Kenneth (Jean) Stewart, and James Stewart; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, sisters Dorothy Comstock, Barbara Ann Wischman, Ruth (Bobby) York, Judy Thoms, and Linda Meyer; brothers Ivan (Betty) Stewart, George Stewart, and John (Joyce) Stewart.
A funeral service is planned for 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at the Ashland Methodist Church, 1442 Adams Street, Ashland, NE. Burial in the Greenwood Cemetery, Greenwood, NE. Visitation will be held 1 hr. prior to the service at the Church
Memorials may be given to the family for future designation.
