Ernie “Lumpy” Campbell, 71, passed away on March 28, 2026, in Lincoln, NE. He was born on March 9, 1955, to Bernard and Shirley (Smith) Campbell.

Ernie worked alongside his wife for many years at Marcia Campbell Insurance. He was a member of the Shriners for many years and took his role as the Shriners Clown very seriously. His other hobbies include trap shooting, stock car racing, and mud dragging.

Family members include his wife Marcia, sister, Arlene Hornung, nephews, Casey (Heather) Campbell and Rodney (Mary) Hornung, niece, Sherry (Michael) Steggs.

Preceded in death by parents, and brother, Jerry Campbell
