Charles R. Logan

July 12, 1964 - April 10, 2026

Charles R. Logan, 61, of Lincoln, passed away on April 10, 2026. Born to Bernard and Blanche (Forst) Logan on July 12, 1964, in Queens , NY.

Charlie was best known for his sense of humor and ability to make anyone laugh in any situation.  He was an avid guitarist who played in many bands over the years. He loved blues, punk, and many other genres of music. Charlie also enjoyed history, especially learning about Native American history and the history of Lincoln NE where he lived for most of his life.  He really enjoyed watching classic movies with his wife, Jolie.  Charlie was a family man who loved spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Charlie was very proud of the work he did for Nebco doing hollowcore for the past 22 years. Before he worked for Nebco he spent 13 years working for the department of roads where he met his wife.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Jolie Oldfield Logan, his children, Zoe, Mia, and Max. His grandchildren, Luna, Vincent, and Vienna. And his siblings, John, Laura, and Tom.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Blanche Logan.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, April 17, 2026, at Roper & Son’s Funeral Home-Midtown Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street, Lincoln, NE 68510. Visitation will be held one hour prior.
