Gregory Andrew Springman, 50, of Naperville, Illinois died September 15, 2011. He was born July 16, 1961 in Lincoln, Nebraska, son of Clark (Karen Schug) Springman and the late Karen Bahr Springman (Bill) Colosimo. Greg was a graduate of George Williams College in Downers Grove, Illinois, and employed by State Farm Insurance in Lisle, Illinois.
Greg is survived by his daughter, Alexandra Elizabeth Springman, son, Christopher Andrew Springman, father and stepmother, stepfather, brothers, Jeffrey Clark (Kristine) Springman and David Stuart Springman, niece Jennifer Marie Springman, other nieces and a nephew, and ex-wife, Jane (Fred) Zaeske. Preceded in death by his mother and sister, Jennifer Lynn Springman, grandparents, Alton and Mona Springman, and Glenn and Mildred Bahr.
Graveside services will be Saturday, October 8, 11:00 am at the Eagle Cemetery, followed by a reception of friends and family at Roper and Sons Funeral Home, 4300 “O” Street, Lincoln.
