Erin Esther Uribe, 27, Lincoln, died Wednesday (3-30-11). Born (8-6-83) in Lincoln, Nebraska to Darrel and Cheryl (Walker) Uribe. Student – Southeast Community College. Erin had a whole hearted contagious laugh and a beautiful smile. She loved lasagna and hanging out with her friends. The love for her family never ended.
Family members include her father, step-mother: Darrel and Robyn Uribe, Omaha; mother, step-father, Cherie and Jim Ashenbach, Lincoln; infant son, Noah Walker Uribe; brother, Luke Uribe and fiancé Linda Smith, Sioux City, IA; niece, Chloe Jean; grandmother, Barbara Walker, Lincoln; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Preceded in death by grandfather, Duane Walker, grandparents, Fidel and Leona Uribe, brother, Jeff Kelley.
Memorial Service: 3:00 p.m. Saturday (4-2-11) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street. Mark Walker, officiating. Private family interment.
