Warren R. Bevans, 61, Greenwood, died Friday (1-22-10). Born (12-12-48) in Lincoln, Nebraska to Richard M. and Elaine A. (Williams) Bevans. Involved in farming and raising turkeys for many years prior to becoming a truck driver for Midwest Farmer’s Coop at Greenwood.
Family members include son, daughter-in-law: Tyler and Kendra Bevans; parents: Richard and Elaine Bevans, Waverly; brother, sister-in-law: Leslie and Jenny Bevans, Roscoe, IL; sisters, brothers-in-law: Pat and Fred Beeson, Waverly, Connie and Gary Binder, Waverly; former spouse: Linda Bevans, Waverly; 7 nieces and nephews, 6 grandnieces and nephews. Preceded in death by son, Dayton Lee Bevans.
Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. Thursday (1-28-10) First United Methodist Church, 14410 Folkestone, Waverly. Prior private interment.
