Vuong (Pete) H. Tran, 51, of New Orleans passed away January 17, 2022. Born September 8, 1970 in Vung Tau, Vietnam to Vinh & Na (Nguyen) Tran.

Family members include his parents; daughters, Athena Tran and Kallista Tran, Lincoln, NE; grandchildren, Zabrena Tran-Kotlarz and Jax Eikenhorst, siblings, Van (Luther) Hardin, Omaha, NE, Lisa (Lashawn) Jones, Lincoln, NE; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his sister, Samantha Tran.

Visitation will be held at Roper & Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street, Lincoln, Nebraska on Saturday, January 29th at 10:00 a.m. Service will follow at 12:00 p.m.

Memorials may be directed to the family for future designation.

Peter was such a skilled contractor. I was so happy and pleased that he renovated 2 properties for me after Hurricane Katrina. We became fast and the best of friends. I miss you every day! Happy Heavenly Birthday 🎂
