I have known Gina since she was a child. I used to go to Camp Floyd Rogers, a Diabetic camp with her sister Becky when we were young, Gina started going a few years later. My thoughts and prayers are with her Family.

I went to Elementary and Middle school with Gina, and known her for years. I had heard the sad news on B107.3 early morning one day as I was pulling into work. I don’t usually listen to that station but that one time when they announced her passing I had to call In to the radio station to verify what I heard to see if it was for what I heard. My heart pumped so much that morning. Oh my she took the time to learn how my brother passed away. Gina -Thank -You ! Thanks for your friendship thru out the years.

Gina was truly “one of a kind”. Her laugh contagious and always so kind. I took care of her mother and father in their later years. She was always so appreciative and generous. On my 50th birthday she gifted me chocolate and the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. She took the time to celebrate me on my special day and I will hold that memory close to my heart always. Thinking of Rick, family and her sister, Becky. Gina adored you all.

Rick, Becky and family. Gina was such a big personality and she had a big heart. Working with her are some of my best memories. She was always kind and thoughtful. We sort of lost touch the last few years, and I regret that. Please accept my sincere condolences. She will be missed.

I am very very sorry for the loss of Gina! I pray for the family during this difficult time. Gina had an energy that surrounded her and included a sense of humor and great personality. I was very fortunate to attend Irving, Southeast and UNL with Gina and then reacquaint with her on a Southeast HS Reunion committee. Gina, I have to believe you’re smiling and want you to know we miss you!

Not sure which class reunion this was, but we had a party at P.O. Pears, I personally was a band geek, so I didn’t run with the upper class (cheerleaders). As I walked into P.O Pears, Gina was at the door, and greeted me with her big smile and gave me such i big hug. I will cherish her kindness that day.
