Vera Marie (Green) Hunt, 82, Lincoln, died Friday (6-11-10). Born (6-30-27) in El Dorado Springs, Missouri to Robert and Mary (Davis) Green. Worked at Russell Stovers Candies until it’s closing, also for Lincoln Public Schools in the Belmont grade school cafeteria. Loved her garden, flowers and especially her children and grandchildren.
Family members include her husband: George Hunt, Jr.; sons, daughters-in-law: Larry D. and Valeria Hunt, Randy D. and Sheri Hunt, Gary D. Hunt, all of Lincoln; 5 grandchildren: Cassy Hunt, Tiffany Hunt, Sadie Hunt, Timothy Hunt and John Hunt; 7 step-grandchildren; sister: Eunice Smith; brother, sisters-in-law: Marvin and Marvine Green, all of El Dorado Springs, MO; Neva Green, Independence, MO; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, sister: Leta Faye Mann, brothers: Paul, Virgil and Leo Green.
Visitation: Family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Monday at Roper and Sons, 4300 ‘O’ Street.
Funeral Services will be held in El Dorado Springs, Missouri.
