Thomas “Tony” Anthony Williams, 60, Lincoln passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021. Born February 18, 1961, in Lincoln, NE to Philip F. and Barbara Beth (Ridpath) Williams.

Tony worked in refrigeration sales for Dennis Supply Co.

Family members include his sons Philip Williams and Carlos Williams, Lincoln; daughter LeAnn “Annie” Williams, McKinleyville, CA; mother Beth Grosskopf; brother Scott Williams; stepmother Patricia Williams, and stepbrother Bill (Robin) Lahman, all of Lincoln. Preceded in death by his father Philip.

Memorial Service: 11:00 am Tuesday (10-5-21) Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street with Pastor Nathan Kroll officiating.

Beth and Scott. I was so sorry to hear of Tony’s passing. There are truly no words. As one of the gang from the Safari, we were all such a great bunch of friends! He will be so missed! Our prayers are with you all.

I had the pleasure of working with Tony for several years at Dennis Supply and he was just a funny guy. He loved to give people a hard time and he loved getting it back. We could argue one minute and laugh the next. He always made sure to buy me a beer over at Patty’s Pub when I was there to pick up a Friday night pizza. He spoked often of his kids and was quite proud of them. RIP my friend

Tony was one of our best friends to me and my husband for the last 25 years. He was a great conversationalist and had a wonderful sense of humor. We could talk to him for hours and he always made us laugh. My husband really enjoyed golfing with him. He always talked to highly of his children and loved them so much! He would always call me on my birthday to remind me that I was older (by just 7 weeks). He left his footprints in our lives. He may be gone but he most definitely will not be forgotten.
