Obituary

Sharon Kay Geyer

September 12, 1951 - December 6, 2024

Sharon Kay Geyer, 73, of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away on December 6, 2024.

She is survived by her husband and US Army Veteran Harold L. Geyer of Lincoln and preceded in death by her granddaughter Desiree Vinson of Amarillo, TX. Also survived by twin children Deborah L. (Lydall) Flowers of Lincoln, son David L. Geyer of Council Bluffs, IA, sisters Diane of North Platte and Flora of Kearney, brother Charles of Florida, along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Sharon and Harold enjoyed the love of travel, having toured throughout the country visiting 49 states and several tours abroad.

Sharon loved to cook, especially during the holiday season and spend time with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her spare time, she loved to cross stitch, create personalized greeting cards that she would send to family and friends and create several holiday decorations that she would display in her home and give as gifts to her family.

She also loved her cat Nicole and spent hours on the recliner with her.

We pray that she will rest in peace and know that all got to know her, loved her very much and she will be dearly missed.

Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 at 1:30pm at Omaha National Cemetery.
