Sandra Kay Springer, 72, of Lincoln, passed away April 17, 2018. Born October 26, 1945 in Swaledale, IA. Ret. Licensed Practical Nurse at Lincoln General Hospital for 34 years. Member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church where she served as Vice President of the Altar Society and was active with St. Vincent de Paul.
Family members include her children, Thomas “Bubba” Heath, Kenneth and Joshua Springer, Jackie Standley, all of Lincoln, Chad Springer, Salina, KS; sisters, Carla Bertelsen, Iowa, Mary Ann Anderson, Florida; brother, William Anderson, Florida; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Leon Springer and son, Ricky Heath.
Rosary: 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 3128 S Street with Father Leo Kosch officiating.
