Roy E. Kassebaum, 75, Lincoln, died Tuesday (3-1-11). Born (9-25-35) in Deshler, Nebraska to Fred and Ingeborg (Petersen) Kassebaum. General Contractor, Belmont Construction, residential and commercial construction. Enjoyed traveling. Member: Christ Lutheran Church.
Family members include wife, Beverley; daughter, son-in-law, Nancy and Dean Walker, Lincoln; son, Greg Kassebaum, Hudson, CO; grandchildren, spouse, Heather and Eric Johnson, Matt Walker, all of Lincoln; great grandchildren, Kaylyn, Kellen and Kolton Johnson, Maverick and Brody Walker; brother, sister-in-law, Arnold and Mabel Kassebaum, Cheyenne, WY; sister, Erna Firley; sister-in-law, Claire Kassebaum, Portland, OR; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, brother Edwin Kassebaum, sister Lenora Groathouse and nephews.
