Roberta “Bobbie” Pauline Anderson, 76, Lincoln, passed away February 16, 2017. Born August 30, 1940 in Galesburg, IL to Robert and Helen Donnelly. Received her Master’s degree from University of Nebraska Lincoln and was a member of the Pi Chapter of Kappa Delta sorority. Retired elementary school teacher. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
In retirement, she enjoyed volunteering with Lincoln Public Schools and Back Pack Program.
Family members include her son, Donald “Andy” and daughter-in-law, Judy Anderson, Lincoln; grandchildren, Tiffany Weeks, Troy Hughes, Jamie Hughes, Kylee Fitch and Trey Anderson; and nephews. Preceded in death by parents; step-mother, Iola Wells and her husband, Donald “Andy”; brother, Bob and sister, Judy.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Tuesday (2-21-17) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street.
