Robert R. Miller, 82, of Lincoln, passed away July 3, 2015. Born March 5, 1933 in Norfolk, NE to Henry and Henrietta (Wagner) Miller. Retired after 20 years in the Navy as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, followed by 24 years as purchasing and supply manager for the Department of Roads. Robert loved golfing, traveling, reading, and fishing with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Marcy Miller, Lincoln; daughter and son-in-law, Laurie and James Kortum, Dalton, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Megan Miller, Lincoln; his grandchildren and spouse, Christopher and Jessica Kortum, Claire Kortum, Jacob Kortum, and Travis Miller.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father; and sisters, Mildred Murphy, Gladys VanWinkle, and Elaine VanWinkle.
