He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Gaylene Jeffries, Greenwood, NE. He is also survived by daughter Melisa Jeffries Meyer and Brett of Snyder, NE daughter Kathrine Jeffries Drake and Scott Bivens of Elmwood, NE and son Bret Jeffries and Tiffany of Harrisburg, NE. Also 7 grandchildren, Kalli Meyer, Bennett Meyer, Jared Drake, Emily Drake, Rory Jeffries, Rylie Jeffries and Reed Jeffries. His sister Judy Jeffries Heim and Doug of Omaha, NE, brother Gene Jeffries and Peggy of Waverly NE, brother-in law Richard Z Mendoza, Clayton and Deb Wells of Beatrice, NE and many nieces, nephews, and cousins and good, good friends. Preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Lucile Jeffries and sister Betty Lou Jeffries-Mendoza and a niece Stacie Heim-Olsen. Father and Mother-in law Beuford and Pauline Wells, Brother-in law Clinton Wells and Sister-in law Deanna Hamilton.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 31104 Church Rd., Murdock, NE. Pastor Brent Kuhlman officiating.
