Dick was a Navy Veteran, member of Christ Lincoln Church, member of the Milford Fire Dept. for 30 years, and retired from the United States Postal Service after 38 years. After retirement, Dick, began working at Union Bank, and again retired following 30 years of service.
Family members include his son, Scott (Sheila) Stauffer of Andover, KS; daughter-in-law, Stephanie Stauffer, of Morton, IL; special friends Marilyn Calhoun, Jay and Shirley Dunlap. Preceded in death by wife Jean, son Randy, sister Virginia and special friend Bonnie Smith.
Funeral Service to be held 10:30 a.m., Friday, October 13, 2023, at Christ Lincoln Church, 4325 Sumner Street, Lincoln. Visitation with family will be held 4:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street, Lincoln.
