Phyllis F. Horn, 86, of Lincoln, passed away November 2, 2017. Born May 25, 1931 in Nebraska City, NE to James and Herol (Royer) Farnham. Homemaker. Member of Lincoln Quilters Guild and Lowrey Organ Club.
Family members include her sons, Blaine (Joann) Horn, Kevin (Cynthia) Horn, Darin Horn and Gary Horn; grandchildren and spouses, Justin Horn, Chelsey and Levi Loomis, Shannon and Garrett Kouffman , Kacey and Jason Shaneyfelt, and Christa Horn; great-granddaughter, Kinley. Preceded in death by parents and husband, Clair, brother, Rob, and sisters, Clairella and Sally.
Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday (11-7-17) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street. Burial in the Valparaiso Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Monday at Roper and Sons.
