Paul T. Kehling, 62, Lincoln, died Sunday (1-29-12) after a 4 year courageous win over cancer. Born (8-21-49) in Lincoln, Nebraska to Phillip C. and Esther (Michel) Kehling. Ret. Safety Assist/Car Craft for Burlington Northern Railroad for 33 ½ years. Paul was a volunteer for the Red Cross for 15 years. He was a CPR and First Aid Instructor. Prior Lincoln Jaycee director and Union official. He loved hunting, collecting antiques, his dogs and his Harley Davidson.
Family members include his wife: Cindy Hauschildt-Kehling; daughter: Jaclyn Kehling and significant other Andrew Seachord; mother: Esther Hardin; sister: Janet Shaner, all of Lincoln; sisters and brothers in law, Kandis and Tim Ailes of Lincoln; Patricia and John Kohout of Firth; aunts and uncles, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by father, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparents, aunts and uncles.
Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. Thursday (2-2-12) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street. Pastors Gary Fuller and Terry Perkins, officiating. It was Paul’s request that everyone dress very casual no suits or ties. Private family interment prior to service.

Visitation beginning 5:00 p.m. Tuesday with family greeting friends from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, funeral home.
