Family members include son, daughter-in-law: David and Jane Coufal, Omaha; daughter: Carolyn Larsen, Upper Black Eddy, PA; sister: Doris Vavak, Lincoln. Preceded in death by husband, parents, two brothers.

Rosary: 10:00 a.m. Friday (6-18-10) Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, 145 South 40th Street. Funeral Service to follow.

Visitation one hour prior to service time.
