Milda Elisa Barth, 89, Lincoln, died Monday (4-2-12). Born (1-18-23) in Waco, Nebraska to August and Elisa (Staehr) Uffelman. She was united in marriage on February 15, 1942 to Robert O. Barth. Together they lived and raised their family on the farm in York County. They retired to Lincoln in 1991. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, LWML Circle 2 of the church, and Charter member of Faith Lutheran Church in York. She was well-known for being a wonderful cook and hostess.
Family members include sons, daughters-in-law: Michael J. and Corlyce Barth, Odessa, TX, Gregory L. and Anita Barth, Robert C. and Alana Barth; daughter: Rebecca L. Fauver, all of Lincoln; 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, beloved husband, one sister, three brothers.
Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m. Friday (4-6-12) Redeemer Lutheran Church, 510 South 33rd. Pastor Mark Ebert, officiating. 2:00 p.m. burial in Greenwood Cemetery, York, NE.

Visitation: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Thursday with family greeting friends from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Roper and Sons, 4300 ‘O’ Street and one hour prior to service time at the church.
