Michelle “Mitch” Ann (Kothe) Buresh, 74, of Lincoln, passed away March 20, 2018. Born January 8, 1944 in Ulysses, NE to Frank D. and Florence E. (Daro) Kothe. Ret. after 42 ½ years as a program specialist for DHHS. Michelle was a member of Sheridan Lutheran Church, and served on the board of directors for the Lincoln Housing Authority. She also was a den mother and classroom parent. Michelle enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing scrabble, and attending her grandchildren’s activities.
Family members include her son, Donald J. Buresh; daughter, Vickie L. (Todd) Knorr, all of Lincoln; grandchildren, Paige Buresh, Treyton (Becca) Buresh, Shelby (Drew) Willis, Jackson and Addie Knorr, and Grace Buresh; 2 great-grandchildren, Symonne and Sophie; sister, Rosemary Kunkee, Ulysses; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents; son, David Michael Buresh; sisters, Lois L. Velazquez and Jolene F. Rezac.
Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m. Monday (3-26-18) Sheridan Lutheran Church, 6955 Old Cheney Rd. with Pastor Rhonda Bostrom officiating.

Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. Sunday (3-25-18) at Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Drive (40th & Yankee Hill).
