Merlin retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company after 38 years of service. He graduated from Ceresco High School in 1962 Valedictorian of his class.
Family members include his daughters, Jody Eberhardt, Michelle Reuss, Krystal Reynolds (Ryan), Terri Henrichson- Geddis, Andrea McMann (Will); grandchildren: Carter (Jamie) and Conner (Mary) Eberhardt, Taylor Reuss, Mackenzie Myhre (Alex) and Jaden Reuss, Erik Campbell, Adam Geddis, Amber Okhimamhe and Emalie Geddis, Maddox and Brynleigh Reynolds, Tyler, Hannah, Perrin and Ruby McMann; great grandchildren: Ezra, Judah and Graylynn Crawford and Elena Eberhardt. Other survivors include brother Willis (Gus) Henrichson, sister-in-law, Mary Henrichson and loyal dog, Cameron; nephews and nieces: Dean Henrichson (Nancy), Susan Miller (Dave), Greg Henrichson, Julie Henrichson, Kevin Henrichson, and Amy Moline (Joel). Merlin was preceded in death by his parents and brothers’ Duane Henrichson and James Henrichson and sister-in-law Rose Henrichson.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 20, 2023, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. at Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Street.
