His love for concerts and musicals was like no other making sure he saved every ticket stub. He saw many concerts of the names listed above. Rent was his favorite musical which he seen many times including once with his parents who still don’t understand it. Matt was a long time fan of the Oklahomer Sooners starting as far back as Jr. High. Boomer Sooner Matt. His yells could be heard throughout our whole house.
Matt worked in the food industry for most of his working career until his disease would not allow it to be safe anymore. Matt was the oldest of three sons to Tim and Cindy and loved all his family and friends so much. He loved to laugh and his laughter touched everyone. One of his favorite holidays was the 4th of July which we are so thankful he was able to come out for this past 4th to celebrate the annual party his family and neighbors have put on for years.
He loved both grandparents cabins in Fremont where he spent alot of time growing up over the years. One funny moment was when he walked into the Knuth cabin with his cousin Trevor directly behind him holding a fishing rod with the treble lure attached to the top of his head. Off to ER he went. Can see it like it was yesterday. Once he came home and his beautiful blond hair was purple. Mother said heck no and within 4 hours at a salon had it back to almost original, before his dad seen it.
Matt was loved by his family and friends and will truly be missed by all who knew him.
